City of Mission Administrative Assistant – Part Time
The City of Mission, Kansas seeks a part time Administrative Assistant to work in the Public Works Department. Responsibilities will include answering and directing calls and messages, answering questions regarding routine issues, reviewing timesheets and preparing payroll for processing, preparing and coding invoices for payment, providing secretarial support for the Public Works Director, maintaining filing system and database, maintaining departmental website information, providing administrative support for the department’s performance measurement tracking system, processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining petty cash fund, maintaining office equipment and ordering office supplies.
